Frankenstein's monster - rust effect.
This portrait of Frankenstein’s monster was created as a base for further painting. The casts are made from polyurethane resin in two color versions—flesh tone and grey—allowing artists to adapt them to different realistic painting techniques.
As a sculptor, I also like to move beyond the original intention and explore alternative visual directions. This approach led to the creation of a rust-effect version.
This edition is made from resin infused with steel powder, enabling a natural oxidation process. This is not a painted finish—the rust visible on the surface is real and develops naturally.
