Mazur – bronze sculpture
Mazur is a sculpture that forms part of a diorama depicting a Mazur with the Devil at a water pump. The project was created for the town of Działdowo. The sculpture is made of bronze with a green patina. The original piece was modeled in water-based clay, which served as the basis for a plaster mold and subsequently a bronze casting. The diorama, of which this Mazur sculpture is one element, presents one of the Masurian legends passed down from generation to generation.
