Bianco Carrara marble
A sculpture created for a tomb monument.
It was developed from a small plasticine model and carved directly in stone without the use of a pointing machine (a tool used to transfer measurements from a model to stone). No milling machines or CNC were used — the work was entirely hand-carved.
The sculpture was created over 20 years ago.
